CAPTAIN BRIAN ESTES

A steward of nature and a lover of days on the water, Captain Brian Estes is a lifelong waterman who lives for showing others the best of Florida Wildlife and Fishing. Born and raised on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, the first 18 years of his life were spent mostly outdoors or on the water. Growing up close to the ocean afforded him the opportunity to develop a deep passion and love for everything related to nature and the outdoors. As a kid fishing the jetties in Cape Hatteras with the lighthouse as a back drop, were some of the most memorable times for him. The many miles of pristine shoreline the Outer Banks has to offer made his childhood unforgettable. From chasing schooling striper, bluefish during a blitz, or red drum during their annual migration to chasing wahoo & yellowfin tuna offshore.

Safety is the Captain's number one concern. He has spent countless hours on the water in the Fort Myers/Sanibel area to ensure the best chance for a memorable wildlife experience or tight lines! Climb aboard for an unforgettable day out on the water with one of the area's best local guides. Captain Brian is USCG OUPV-NC(6 pack) licensed & insured. He also carries a FWC-Florida Charter Captains fishing license.

"Growing up on the Outer Banks of North Carolina afforded me many environmental luxuries that I was not aware of until leaving for College. I moved to Raleigh, NC to attend college at North Carolina State University, where I met my wife, a Wildlife Biology major who matched my love for the outdoors. After living in Durham, NC and working in the OR at Duke University Hospital for many years I realized without living by the ocean I did not feel whole. I also knew being outdoors year round was important to me, so choosing a place with a warm climate was necessary. We spent years researching different areas to call home and follow our dreams of starting a charter business to share a little piece of paradise with friends and visitors. After traveling to different locations, We realized that we had found what we had been searching for in the Fort Myers, Sanibel area. Another set of Barrier Islands with a year-round season and the warm waters of the Gulf. We couldn't be more happy with our decision!"
